Job Description

As a product leader, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth within an organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic product plans that meet the needs of customers and drive business success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex concepts, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product strategy, including pricing plans, target segments, and partnerships, in collaboration with the Product Team.
  • Design, develop, and manage new, existing, or acquired products to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Work with business stakeholders and key partners to define scope, costs, and timelines for updating existing products and implementing new ones.
  • Assist in the deployment of new products to initial customers and monitor their performance.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that delivered systems meet product requirements and standards.
  • Identify sales opportunities and position products on key platforms with distribution partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop product marketing ideas based on industry trends, market environment, and competitive analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Implement campaign strategies and execute them with the content and design teams to promote products effectively.
  • Foster changes to product portfolios to improve competitive positions and optimize product performance.

Desirable Experience:

  • 0-2 years of product management experience in a similar industry or domain.
  • Engineering background required with experience in software development or related fields.
  • Experience in design, especially enterprise software, is highly valued.
  • Candidates with operations experience in large enterprises are preferred.
  • Built applications themselves would also be an asset.
