Job Title: Marketing Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic).
  • Drive performance reporting and analysis at leadership level.
  • Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization — from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
