We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Execute, and Optimize Paid Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business results across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maximize ROI and Customer Growth: Make strategic decisions to optimize campaign performance, leveraging key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B Tests and Analyze Performance: Regularly evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, using insights to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling campaign assets and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
  • Report on Campaign Performance: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 Years of Experience in Performance Marketing: Proven track record of success in managing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, turn insights into strategy, and drive business results.
  • Proficiency with Key Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and present ideas clearly.
