Job Title: Digital Testability ExpertAs a Digital Testability Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital testability solutions for complex systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and verify digital test structures.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to improve design efficiency.
  • Create and validate test patterns for production testing on advanced test equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in digital test design and pattern bring-up on manufacturing environments.
  • Strong expertise with ATPG, low-power designs, BIST, JTAG, IJTAG, and DFT EDA tools like Tessent.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Tcl to automate workflows.
