Job Overview

We seek a seasoned DFT engineer to design and implement testability architectures for complex semiconductor devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, development, and implementation of DFT solutions for high-performance devices
  • Strong understanding of Siemens, Cadence, and Synopsys DFT tools and methodologies
  • Post-silicon validation expertise to ensure high-quality products
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams through strong verbal communication skills

Bonus points for experience with scripting languages like Perl, Tcl, and C-Shell

Requirements:
  • Experience in scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, pattern verification, and post-silicon debug
  • Familiarity with industry-standard DFT tools and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
