KreditBee is a leading fintech lending platform in India, with a strong presence in the digital lending space. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - DSA to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing DSA partners, and forge new partnerships in alignment with business requirements.
Business Strategy Execution: Execute the company's objectives and business plans to scale up DSA business, and collaborate with the CRM team on marketing plans and campaign strategies.
Reporting and Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of reports and execution of agreements, and manage end-to-end deal closures with partners.
Analysis and Support: Analyze the MIS reports of partners and assist DSA partners in enhancing productivity, and mobilize business with DSA partners to achieve set targets.
Quality Control: Apply credit norms in the selection and screening of DSA partners to ensure quality, and provide ongoing support to DSA partners throughout the contract duration, maintaining cordial relations for future business opportunities.

Requirements:
Experience 1 to 2 years in handling partners and managing relationships.
Must be Fluent in English/Hindi/Local Language.
Good knowledge of MS-Office Skills – Especially in MS-Excel.
