We are looking for a seasoned quality assurance professional to join our team.

Job Summary

The primary function of this role is to ensure the highest level of quality in our software products by planning, executing, and delivering comprehensive testing strategies. This will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, identifying defects, and implementing fixes to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To perform manual testing on mobile apps, web platforms, backend systems, and machine learning-driven features
  • To test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience
  • To create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports
  • To collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers for smooth feature rollouts
  • To reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions
  • To maintain test documentation and track quality metrics
  • To contribute to automation testing frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of QA experience in manual testing across mobile, web, and backend
  • A strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Postman, or similar tools
  • The ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus
  • Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Detailed-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • AWS Knowledge: Experience with AWS services is desirable
Nice To Have:
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA's role in them
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar
