
Senior Learning Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to lead our training initiatives in New Delhi.
- This role will involve designing and delivering various types of trainings, including product process trainings, functional trainings, performance improvement trainings, and onboarding sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience and a total of 8-12 years of experience. They should be less than 35 years old and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for assigned territory/vertical
- Conduct LMS completion drives for assigned verticals/BUs
- Train execution and management for assigned verticals/BUs
- Organize TTT programs from business teams on launch of new products/processes
- Conduct TNI/TNA for concerned businesses
- Engage with zonal business leaders and ensure alignment of training and business goals
- Manage a team of trainers in the zone to achieve training objectives
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Total experience of 8-12 years
- Age (range): Less than 35 years
