Drive Sales Through Bancassurance Channel

We are seeking a seasoned bancassurance professional to spearhead sales growth through our partner bank branches in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with partner bank branches to drive insurance sales through the bancassurance channel.
  • Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads, ensuring achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and high persistency of business.
  • Conduct regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to foster growth.
  • Monitor and report branch performance to ensure continuous business expansion.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector.
  • Graduate in any discipline with strong communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
