Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Policy Review Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing risk factors associated with businesses, customizing insurance policies, and coordinating with underwriters at various insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze risk factors associated with businesses, ensuring accurate assessment of potential risks.
  • Customize insurance policies by adding/removing covers, riders, or endorsements, in line with client needs.
  • Coordinate with underwriters at various insurance companies to obtain quotes and underwriting decisions, facilitating timely policy issuance.
  • Follow up for approvals, reinsurance support (if required), and final underwriting clearance, ensuring seamless policy execution.
  • Verify all required documents from clients (KYC, proposal forms, declarations, etc.), maintaining compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on underwriting norms, product circulars, and compliance requirements, applying expert knowledge to inform policy decisions.
  • Explain insurance policy requirements, terms, exclusions, and conditions to clients, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Support the sales team by providing insurance policy guidance and clarifications, enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Address client queries related to risk approvals or policy issuance delays, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

We require a degree in a relevant field and prior experience as an underwriter, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
