Job Title: Investment Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our insurance business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services. They will be responsible for managing and selling insurance products to clients through various channels, providing expertise in insurance solutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is essential, with at least 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Work closely with relationship managers to promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall targets of the business.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Client Consultation:
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, typically within standard office hours. Occasional travel outside the present location may be required to meet clients or attend training sessions.
