We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to spearhead the establishment of a new business from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of business data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure seamless integration of business inputs and outputs, balancing on-ground presence and behind-the-scenes work.
  • Act as a bridge between individual business functions and leadership, driving problem-solving with management support.
  • Develop SOP's for the business and individual functions, leveraging internal tech and third-party SaaS solutions to streamline operations.
  • Lead on-ground operations for new city launches, serving as city lead during the initial launch period.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Work experience of 1-5 years in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience, high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership, ability to switch context, build new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
