Job Overview:

As a Team Lead in our Operations department, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 customer service representatives and motivating them to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will oversee project execution, monitor KPIs and Target compliance. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and motivate them to achieve KPIs
  • Oversee effective resource allocation to meet productivity and quality metrics
  • Manage process, resources, and system applications
  • Document issues as needed and ensure adherence to policy and procedures
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Validate operational processes and data inputs/outputs
  • Comply with internal quality standards
  • Perform functions as directed by the immediate superior and project lead
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monitor emails/chat taken by associates and provide feedback
  • Take weekly, monthly tickets as per KRAs
  • Interact with quality team to seek feedback on team performance and quality scores
  • Conduct weekly, monthly reviews for associates
  • Prioritize and assign work to associates and initiate corrective measures to resolve day-to-day work-related problems
  • Devises strategies to minimize attrition & absenteeism
  • Organize training programs for associates
Requirements:
  • 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in US BFS Email
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of G-suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Min 3 years as Team Leader
