About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with research analysts to manage client interactions and events
  • Utilize CRM tools to track marketing and corporate access efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to support business operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, client engagement, or research sales support
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software; familiarity with VBA, SQL, and Python a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
