About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior PR Manager to lead client mandates, drive high-impact communication strategies, and mentor the PR team. The ideal candidate will have strong media relationships, proven expertise in managing large accounts, and the ability to craft narratives that position clients as industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee PR strategy and execution across multiple high-profile client accounts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and trust.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier media, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
  • Provide strategic counsel on crisis communication, reputation management, and brand positioning.
  • Guide the drafting and approval of press releases, thought leadership articles, speeches, and other PR content.
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for client visibility.
  • Present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Mentor, train, and manage junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with digital, creative, and leadership teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related fields.
  • Strong media relations with established journalist and influencer networks.
  • Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and large-scale campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at multi-tasking and managing multiple clients simultaneously.
