Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining existing reports and creating new dashboards as required using various data sources.
  • Participating in the preparation of meetings, coordinating with entities including Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, Risks, and business lines.
  • Steering the management of regulatory ratios ensuring compliance with local and global requirements.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analysis on the balance sheet synthesizing insights for decision-making.
  • Updating policies and procedures aligning with Head Office directives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with complex data synthesis.
  • Excellent communication skills presenting information clearly.
  • Knowledge of the balance sheet and regulatory ratios supporting informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx is beneficial.
  • Team player characteristics with strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial sector specifically in Asset and Liability Management, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience working with large datasets and various data sources to derive actionable insights.
