Role Description

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Daily customer engagement on assigned portfolio to build trust and loyalty
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, and Data Security policies
• Referencing for more business from existing customers
• Responsible for creating a customer-focused approach for quick resolution of all queries and complaints

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in banking or allied businesses. A graduate degree in any discipline is required, and you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
