Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Processing
Manage customer order entry, tracking, and fulfillment in coordination with sales and production teams.
Verify pricing, product availability, and lead times for new and existing orders.
Expedite urgent or delayed orders, ensuring customers receive real-time updates on delivery timelines.
Customer Support & Coordination
Assist customers with product selection, order clarification, and delivery timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
Maintain constant communication with sales teams, brokers, and manufacturers to meet customer deadlines.
Document customer instructions and special requests, ensuring accurate execution and follow-ups.
Process Improvement & Goal Alignment
Use strategies to achieve quarterly and annual goals while adhering to company policies.
Work closely with logistics, production, and finance teams to optimize order fulfillment.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, streamline order management, and enhance service quality.
Who You Need to Be to Excel in This Role
3+ years of experience in customer support, order management, or sales coordination.
Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order clarifications professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM tools for order processing.
Experience managing customer purchase orders, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize urgent customer needs.
Willingness to travel when required.
