Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Studio Head to lead our end-to-end Showroom business, focusing on project booking and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-7 designers to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • The successful candidate will own the Sales funnel management, ensuring a higher conversion rate throughput (minimum 40%).
  • They will also be responsible for booking a minimum of 6 projects per ID or achieving a minimum 40% conversion on provided leads.
  • A key aspect of this role is providing a delightful Customer Experience in our Experience Center.
  • Additionally, the Studio Head will oversee end-to-end Project management, including effective team management until project delivery.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining an average CSAT score of >4 on every delivered project.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in B2C Sales along with Showroom management. A Bachelor's qualification in B-Arch/Civil Engineering is preferred, and at least 7 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth is required.
