  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Warm Greeting and Inquiry Handling :

      Welcome parents and students, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional assistance.

    • Information Management :

      Develop and maintain FAQs; ensure accurate and updated program, facility, and fee structure information.

    • Program Familiarization :

      Gain in-depth knowledge of institute offerings (programs, curriculum, faculty, hostel facilities) and explain clearly to prospective students.

    • Advocacy and Communication :

      Highlight the institute's unique strengths including success rates, coaching style, infrastructure, and student support.

    • Financial Assistance and Fee Structure :

      Explain fee structure, scholarships, and financial aid; assist with paperwork and provide transparent information.

    • Payment Handling :

      Collect payments, guide parents/guardians through payment processes, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.

    • Financial Aid Processing :

      Review aid applications, verify eligibility, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain sponsorship communication and records.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Candidates should possess strong communication skills,

      be able to build rapport with parents and students, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach.

    • Familiarity with educational programs and policies,

      as well as experience in handling inquiries and providing information to stakeholders.
