Financial Research Community Builder

As we seek to build the largest student community of financial researchers in India, we are looking for dynamic students to become Campus Ambassadors and help us achieve this goal.

• Community Building & Outreach:
  • Connect with students across multiple colleges and universities to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Identify and engage with finance clubs, investment societies, and student organizations to promote mutual fund research and literacy.
  • Organize campus events, workshops, and financial literacy sessions to educate students on personal finance and investing.
  • Build relationships with student leaders and academic departments to establish strong connections within the university.
• Platform Advocacy & User Acquisition:
  • Onboard students to our mutual fund research platform and demonstrate its features and benefits to new users.
  • Drive participation in weekly/fortnightly research contests to encourage engagement and competition among students.
  • Help students understand how to build their personal finance brand and create engaging social media content about financial learning.
• Content Creation & Engagement:
  • Create high-quality social media content that showcases financial knowledge and inspires students to learn more.
  • Share platform updates and contest announcements to keep students informed and engaged.
  • Write blog posts or articles about student finance experiences to provide valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing through online forums and discussion groups.
• Data & Reporting:
  • Track user acquisition and engagement metrics from your activities to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback on student preferences and platform improvements to help us optimize our services.
  • Report on campus-specific opportunities and market insights to help students make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to optimize student acquisition strategies and improve overall performance.
  What We're Looking For
  • Essential Requirements:
    • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in a reputable institution.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students and faculty members.
    • Genuine interest in finance, investments, or fintech to drive enthusiasm and motivation.
    • Active social media presence to leverage online platforms for community building and outreach.
    • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to take initiative and drive results.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Leadership experience in student organizations or clubs to showcase leadership potential.
    • Existing network across multiple colleges/universities to facilitate connections and partnerships.
    • Basic understanding of mutual funds and investment concepts to provide expert advice and guidance.
    • Experience in event organization or community building to develop project management skills.
    • Content creation skills (writing, video, graphics) to produce engaging and informative content.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Natural connector who enjoys helping peers discover new opportunities and build meaningful relationships.
    • Comfortable with public speaking and group presentations to effectively communicate ideas and inspire others.
    • Passionate about financial education and literacy to drive enthusiasm and motivation among students.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to take initiative and drive results.
    • Goal-oriented with strong execution capabilities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
    Success Metrics & Targets
    • Monthly Expectations:
      • Onboard 50+ new students to the platform to increase user base and engagement.
      • Organize 2-3 campus engagement activities to foster community building and outreach.
      • Generate 100+ contest participations from your network to encourage engagement and competition.
      • Maintain 70%+ active user rate from your referrals to ensure long-term sustainability.
    • Quarterly Goals:
      • Establish presence in 3-5 different colleges to expand reach and impact.
      • Build a community of 200+ engaged student users to create a loyal following.
      • Achieve measurable increase in platform usage from student demographic to drive growth and adoption.
      • Successfully execute 1 major campus event or workshop to showcase expertise and build credibility.
