Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Associate (BDA). The BDA will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with educational institutions, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, generating leads, handling sales pitches, and meeting sales targets. The BDA will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of programs and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
• 2 years experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in the latest CRM software and tools
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
