Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion within the travel and tourism industry. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a strong passion for sales and a deep understanding of the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, develop and execute new business opportunities through strategic networking, targeted outreach, and industry partnerships. Generate leads, cultivate client relationships, and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Management: Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and recommend suitable travel packages. Prepare comprehensive business proposals, quotes, and presentations to meet client needs. Build long-term relationships to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Adapt and provide relevant recommendations to drive success.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of all sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
  • Good knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales in travel/hospitality is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Background:

  • 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles
  • Experience in travel, tours, hospitality, or leisure services
  • Strong understanding of tour packages, destinations, and customer expectations
