Job Title: Performance Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate ability to test custom services using load generating tools (ie Load runner, Jmeter, SOAP UI) across multiple protocols (Web HTTP, Siebel etc).
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments and cloud-based infrastructures and applications using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gatling, GitHub, Maven.
  • Experience in Kubernetes, Microservices, AWS cloud, Oracle OCI.
  • Demonstrate experience in performance test scripting and executing test scripts.
  • Ability to analyze NFRs, volumetric Analysis.
  • Should have knowledge and hands-on for C, java, VB macros, Basic of SQL, shell scripts for customizing scripts and innovative automation process.
  • Sound understanding of JAVA/JVM architecture, JVM, GC, Class loading, Thread dump, DB (oracle and SQL server) analysis.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, profiling for app stack using APM tools such as HP Diagnostics/ CA Wily/ Dynatrace/ AppDynamics etc and in-depth analysis of server & application metric data.
  • Able to accurately analyze performance test results and highlight issues in both technical and business language.
