Performance Testing Role Overview

About this Opportunity

This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter. You will write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios, analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

You'll perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters, execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing, proficient scripting skills (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation, working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and proficient use of monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
