Job Title: Branch Leader

The successful candidate will lead a team of at least 10 members and be responsible for driving branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products.
Branch Operations Management
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk guidelines.
Team Leadership & Talent Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff.
  • Build a collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on results.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.
  • Address client concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis & Advisory Support
  • Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments.
  • Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.
Compliance & Risk Governance
  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market.
  3. At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Digital proficiency with trading platforms and CRM tools.
  3. Analytical mindset with strong financial and market acumen.
