Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of identity governance solutions. This critical role requires an individual with deep technical expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and experience implementing large-scale IAM programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise-wide identity management and compliance principles. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into IIQ solutions.

This position involves leading the design, development, and configuration of connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request. The successful candidate will also integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, implement Lifecycle Management (LCM), Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs)
  • Experience integrating IIQ with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, cloud apps)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across the enterprise
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3–5 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise

Preferred Skills:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / Architect
  • Experience with SailPoint SaaS offerings (IdentityNow, Identity Security Cloud)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects
