About the Role:
A skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst is sought to excel in Identity Governance Administration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for an expert who can onboard applications with precision.
- The ideal candidate will foster collaboration with application owners, providing guidance on integration processes.
- You will collect and analyze information to gain comprehensive understanding of IAM processes.
- The role requires coordination and validation of custom development requirements for successful integrations.
- As a partner, you will work with internal engineers to develop integrations aligned with governance best practices and application needs.
- You will facilitate UAT coordination and assist application teams in testing.
- Maintaining accurate statuses for onboarded applications is a critical aspect of this role.
- This position involves working simultaneously with multiple application teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
- Expertise in Identity Mapping, Source and target application configuration is essential.
- The ability to develop custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning is highly desirable.
- Administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and access management Solutions is required.
- Experience with RBAC analysis and implementation is necessary.
- Certification campaign launching and remediation process follow-up is an important aspect of this role.
- Form creation, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates development skills are highly valued.
- Custom report creation for specific and general purposes is essential.
- Rule creation (Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment) expertise is required.
- Lifecycle Management (Joiner Event, Leaver event, Manager Transfer event) skills are highly desired.
- IGA system onboarding of various applications (JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, LDAP) is a key responsibility.
