We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to advise on the development of robust IAM strategies across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM platforms, including IGA, PAM, CIAM, and IDaaS, as well as strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic input and solution design for IAM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to define IAM roadmaps, assess maturity, and lead IAM assessments or advisory engagements.
  • Develop end-to-end IAM strategies, architectures, and business use cases, leveraging expertise in IAM governance, policy frameworks, and risk-based access models.
  • Stay up-to-date on IAM market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform solution strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to technical architects, consultants, and junior staff within the practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong specialization in IAM.
  • Proven experience as an IAM Architect or Advisor, with hands-on knowledge of IAM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement comprehensive IAM strategies, architectures, and business use cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience aligning technical solutions to client goals, industry trends, and compliance mandates.
  • Ability to represent the organization as a speaker or panelist at industry conferences, roundtables, or internal knowledge-sharing events.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant IAM or security certifications are a plus.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • Exposure to cloud-based IAM models and zero-trust architectures.
  • Prior experience working in consulting firms or global service delivery models.
  • Familiarity with IAM governance, policy frameworks, and risk-based access models.
