Job Title: Identity Access Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Identity Access Management (IAM) Specialist. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IAM solution that ensures the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in outage calls to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update knowledge database documentation as needed
  • Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, customer, and internal meetings to provide activities reports
  • Create policy and procedure manuals to ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Understand and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in ISAM Module skills: Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), Federation
  • Experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support, including administration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of SSO solutions using Access Manager and Federated Single Sign on using SAML Standards
  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS, and their applications in IAM
  • Ability to integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements
  • Familiarity with Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms
  • Basic understanding of Clustering, Policies, User registries, and workflow knowledge in design/implementations, provisioning process, junctions, adapters
Desirable Skills:

While not mandatory, it would be beneficial if you have experience or knowledge in:

  • Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services
  • Troubleshooting knowledge over Server level to User level queries
  • Architecture & Design aspects of IAM
  • Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM
