Identity Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Identity Developer to design, develop and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • Solution Design: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) for identity lifecycle management.
  • Custom Workflow Development: Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors to meet business and security requirements.
  • Integration and Configuration: Configure out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors with applications such as AD, Azure, Oracle, ServiceNow, CyberArk PAM, and more.
  • Provisioning and Governance: Implement Self-Service features, password reset/change flows, and access certification.
  • System Administration: Administer the SailPoint platform including data loading, role and policy creation, certification scheduling, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDM Solution Design: Identify and analyze business requirements to design and implement effective IDM solutions.
  • Custom Workflow Development: Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows to automate complex processes.
  • Integration and Configuration: Ensure seamless integration of various systems and applications through configuration and customization.
  • Provisioning and Governance: Design and implement provisioning and governance policies to ensure secure access management.
  • System Administration: Monitor and maintain the SailPoint platform for optimal performance and security.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with 3+ years specifically in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Strong development background using Java, JDBC, Java Beans, and web technologies.
  • Experience in SailPoint IIQ deployment, including connector configuration, custom rule development, and workflow configuration.
  • Proficient in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in provisioning systems such as Active Directory, Oracle, and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint LCM (Lifecycle Management), policies, certifications, and reporting.
  • Experience with web services using SOAP, REST, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS technologies (SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions).
