Key responsibilities include providing level 2/3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications, performing root cause analysis and issue resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Required skills include core Java, database management using SQL and MongoDB, application servers such as Tomcat and WebLogic, ITSM tools like ServiceNow and JIRA, scripting and OS skills including shell scripting and Unix/Linux, observability and monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk, job scheduling tools like Autosys and Control-M, CI/CD and deployment tools like Jenkins and Kubernetes, and ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
