Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Sourcing Coordinator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interviewer/Panel Sourcing: Utilize job boards and other professional platforms to identify potential interviewers, leveraging your knowledge of the industry to build a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles, ensuring a seamless pipeline for our hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential candidates, tracking and reporting on sourcing activities and results to optimize our recruitment strategy.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with our internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities, providing support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
- Completed degree in computer science or a related field.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
