Business Operations Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Strategist to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational success across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the prioritization of business impact areas by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key focus areas that align with business goals.
  • Work closely with engineering, AI, analytics, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of data and AI initiatives.
  • Assist in project prioritization by supporting senior leadership in tracking and prioritizing data and AI initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with technology, enterprise data, and AI teams to ensure that key objectives, timelines, and priorities are understood and aligned.
  • Help foster a culture of innovation and best practices within your team by assisting in the successful implementation of AI and data-driven solutions.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • 12+ years of experience in business operations, data management, or AI project governance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and data platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with business process management and performance tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
