Job Title: Brand Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead the launch and growth of our lifestyle products vertical.

This role involves defining the brand's positioning, voice, and long-term vision while driving product development, marketing, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Your focus will be on driving brand performance and customer experience through website management and e-commerce strategies.

  1. Brand Strategy & Identity: Develop a clear brand positioning and voice.
  2. Create consistent brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  3. Digital Website Management: Manage daily website operations (content, merchandising, product listings).
  4. Monitor website KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, AOV).
  5. Oversee the customer journey from landing to checkout and post-purchase follow-ups.
  6. Implement customer feedback for improvements.
  7. Product Development & E-commerce Setup: Curate and develop high-quality products with vendors/suppliers.
  8. Oversee website development, product listings, payments, logistics, and customer experience.
  9. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize inventory processes.
  10. Ensure efficient order fulfillment and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  11. Performance Marketing: Collaborate with internal or external teams to run paid campaigns across platforms.
  12. Manage ad budgets, creatives, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  13. Influencer & Community Marketing: Build partnerships with experts and influencers aligned with the brand.
  14. Collaborate on content, promotions, and events.
  15. Content & Communication: Supervise all brand content – including product stories, packaging, emails, social media, and videos.
  16. Develop a brand tone and voice.
  17. Customer Loyalty: Build trust, drive reviews, user-generated content, and design loyalty or referral programs.
  18. Analyze customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  19. Cross-Collaboration: Coordinate with the team for synergy and cross-promotion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online brand management, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of business principles.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with website management, inventory management, and performance marketing tools.
