Job Summary



At Metro, we are seeking an experienced Security Operations Center Team Lead to join our team of cybersecurity professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of SOC services, collaborating with internal teams, and leading a team of SOC professionals.



Responsibilities:




  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of SOC services, including incident response support, threat detection, vulnerability management, and other security operations activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as SOC analysts, engineers, and project managers, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality and adherence to client requirements.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with clients to review performance, address any issues, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SOC professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in SOC services, and drive the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance service delivery.


Requirements:




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security operations center (SOC) or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and meeting client requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SOC technologies and tools, including SIEM, EDR, NDR, and TI systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze security logs, network traffic, and other security-related data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security issues and incidents.
  • Ability to adapt to changing security threats and evolving business requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
