Operations Team Lead – Service Excellence

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Gallagher Service Center LLP as a key member of the Non voice Service Team.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for understanding operational requirements, researching best practices, and assisting with the design and implementation of new processes and tools.
You will cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service and ensure all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
Key responsibilities include motivating team members, instilling accountability, and achieving results.
You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of a team of Process Associates, preparing MIS reports, and interacting with customers to manage their queries.
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce with a good academic record (50% or above)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in BPO/KPO industry
- 1 year of experience as a TL and currently designated as a TL
- Assistant manager/Team leader role experience for at least 18 months
- Exposure to handling 15-20 FTEs
- International non-voice background
