About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Operations Team Lead to join our team at E902 DWS India Private Limited, Maharashtra Branch. As a key member of our Tax Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the setup and management of a new team in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the selection and composition of a team of 4, including yourself, to establish a strong foundation for the Tax Operations Support team in Pune.
  • Ensure compliant structuring, documentation, and ongoing adjustment of all team responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and monitor various tax processes for all Tax Operations teams, including the interim distribution process for our Luxembourg and Irish fund range.
  • Compile, process, and analyze tax data for all Tax Operations teams, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor processes and ensure timely preparations, creation, and submission of tax data for all Tax Operations teams.
  • Ensure timely preparation and tracking of various reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of leadership and people management experience, with a strong background in tax operational tasks.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German language skills an added advantage.
  • Self-reliant and reliable work style, with strong time management skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with VBA/PowerBI/SQL skills an added advantage.
