Learning Experience Developer

We are seeking a Learning Experience Developer to support our learning objectives. The successful candidate will create effective and engaging learning experiences for various audiences using the most suitable delivery methods and tools.

  • Create and deliver written learning materials, including documentation, one-sheets, and reference guides.
  • Create and update content for e-Learning modules, either creating new or using source materials provided by subject matter experts.
  • Deliver presentations for live training sessions of varying learner audience sizes.
  • Support creation and distribution of best practices and guidelines for creating effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement learning strategies that meet business goals.
  2. Design and deliver instructor-led (classroom and virtual) training sessions.
  3. Maintain learning inventory to track deliverables.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand learning needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design driving training initiatives with results in meeting goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in designing and developing training content using various tools, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Storyline), and Canva.
  • Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of content fulfillment, digital workflows, asset and data management systems/platforms, multimedia formats, and localization asset creation and delivery.
  • Experience in the delivery of live training sessions.
