This key role focuses on developing new business opportunities through strategic sales channels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
">- Work on company-generated leads and engage with corporate clients.
- Deliver business presentations and service pitches to decision-makers.
- Attend client calls/meetings, explain company services, and address queries.
- Collect and share client feedback with the sales & operations teams.
- Maintain and manage confidential client data securely in CRM.
- Track lead status and report on conversion outcomes.
B2C Sales Opportunities
- Connect with individual customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions/services.
- Support in converting inquiries into sales and achieving individual targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in market research, customer trends, and competitor analysis.
- Build rapport with customers to improve retention and repeat business.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- MBA students specializing in Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to present services confidently to both corporates and individual customers.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data confidentiality.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
