Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mohali. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. Additionally, the role involves training new sales team members and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor sales team members
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
