Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and closing property deals. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales pipelines, and delivering sales presentations and training sessions to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Ability to deliver Training to clients and team members
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
