Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Support Liaison. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
- Utilize standard procedures to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain efficient use of company resources while maintaining clear communication with customers.
- Support team leads by handling routine tasks during their absence after receiving thorough training.
- Report operational challenges or service concerns to supervisors clearly and promptly.
Requirements:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred.
- Familiarity with customer service processes and telephone etiquette is required.
- The ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional under pressure is essential.
- Basic computer literacy with IT knowledge is necessary.
- A minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate is required.
