We are seeking a skilled Business Development Liaison to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- BUILD STRONG BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES.
- EXPLAIN COMPANY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES CLEARLY TO PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS.
- MaintAIN A DATABASE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND TRACK INTERACTIONS FOR FOLLOW-UPS.
- CORRELATE WITH SALES AND MARKETING TEAMS TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS TARGETS.
- CONVERT LEADS INTO OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PERSUASION SKILLS.
- PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL AFTER-SALES SUPPORT TO STRENGTHEN CUSTOMER RETENTION.
- PREPARE DAILY/WEEKLY REPORTS OF CALLS, LEADS, AND CONVERSIONS.
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
