Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's financial strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Prepare and analyze in-depth MIS reports in various formats, drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Accounts Management: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Compliance: Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Financial Reporting: Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Audit Coordination: Bring prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Taxation Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
  • Flexibility and Communication: Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, communicating fluently in English, both verbally and written.
  • ERP Systems: Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems, ensuring efficient financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
