
Tractor Finance Sales Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in our tractor finance business across India.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies for tractor loans
- Drive disbursements through dealer, OEM, and distributor channels
- Lead and mentor regional sales managers
- Expand geographic reach and onboard new distribution partners
- Partner with tractor OEMs, dealers, and agricultural influencers
- Ensure portfolio quality through strong compliance and minimal non-performing assets
Requirements:
- 12-18 years of experience in tractor finance or rural lending
- At least 3-5 years in a national-level sales leadership role
- Strong network and relationship management skills with OEMs and dealers
- Ability to lead dispersed teams and drive results
- Deep understanding of rural/agricultural finance market dynamics
