- Arrange appointments for issue resolution.
- Process and track all CAM-related expenses across project sites.
- Escalation management for CAM/WAP queries.
- Document maintenance and hygiene.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This involves working closely with various teams to distribute customer complaints, arranging appointments for issue resolution, and tracking expenses.
