**Job Title:** Infrastructure Support Professional - Capital Market Expertise

As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and applications.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our systems, tools, and technologies, including SQL, Unix, VB, Powerquery, and Python.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Implement monitoring and job scheduling tools like Control-M to optimize system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong written and oral communication skills.

**Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of experience in a production support role, preferably in the capital markets industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Unix, and other related technologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as VB, Powerquery, and Python.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and job scheduling tools like Control-M.
  • Well-versed in basic support processes like incident management.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar tool is highly desirable.
  • Regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
  • Self-driven individual with high accountability standards.
