Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Pune-based team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-12 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 2 years of selling software solutions or IT services in India or North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach campaigns through email and phone calls to identify potential leads.
  • Drive discovery and first-level discussions with interested prospects to understand their pain points and challenges.
  • Craft compelling value propositions to create excitement among prospects and drive advance demos for interested prospects.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, fostering lasting relationships with customers.
  • Leverage CRM systems to update relevant information.

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of selling software solutions or IT services.
  • Prior sales experience in India or North America is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with IT services engagement models (preferred).
  • Exposure to mid-sized startups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
