Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nutrition Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in interacting with clients/customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding new clients, and managing existing accounts. They will also be responsible for setting up and managing weekend booths, maintaining records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.

About the Role:

  • Generate leads and onboard D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates.
  • Set up and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presence.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution.
  • Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions.
  • Capture customer feedback and provide market insights.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience (min. 5 years) as a nutritionist/Dietitian with experience in interacting with clients/customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data
  • Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently
  • Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed
  • Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives
